I had to come into work to pick something up so naturally I made sure I did a Fatcake ride too.
I was halfway to the bridge when I realized I forgot something in the car and I was exactly late by the amount of time it took to go back. 🤦🏻♂️
I ran into Stevo right at the start of the bridge and we were riding hard to catch up but I just don’t have Fatcake fitness anymore - no longer Fatcake fast.
I was hoping being late would mean no line at Donut Alley but I was wrong. Went to Equator instead.
The climb up to the post-donuts dirt was harder than I remembered.
Dirt was great as always but by the time we headed home my lungs were burning and my legs were too.
Since I was in the area though, I had to go to Arsicault to pick up some pastries.
It felt like I was doing intervals all ride. I’m going to feel it later. I do miss the intensity though. My rides have been too chill during the pandemic.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
