Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining out. Hence the reason to ride indoors. I chose the Makuri Island Chain Chopper Loop. The reason is that my right knee is still bothering me when I put the power down while out of the saddle. I've adjusted my cleats. They are now in the center position. I also added some lube before the ride. This map has two quick KOM's. Perfect for testing out the knees. When I started, both knees felt ok. I rode for about 5 minutes before IO reached the first KOM. I was putting in some good wattages. After about half way up the climb, the right knee was showing hints of soreness. So, I adjusted my pedaling. Slightly favoring the left leg. Pulling seems to be less bothersome than pushing. The soreness didn't escalate. I think I got around 28th out of about 100+ riders. From there, it was mostly rolling terrain till the next climb. It went about the same as the first. Hints of right knee soreness that didn't escalate to a severe hinderance. The next lap was similar. Hints of pain while out of the saddle on the KOM climbs and big rollers. I can feel slight soreness now, but it seems to be subsiding fairly quick. I posted a negative split on the second KOM of the second lap. From there, I kept the cadence going till I reached the finish of the second lap. Concentration was good. I was a bit impatient in the first 10 minutes. But, once settled, I was able to focus better. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, the right knee. Balance and form was good. I think the stance is hint on the wide side for my left leg, will have to confirm on the next few rides. Nutrition was good, no hunger signs. I drank less than half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, there were about 2500 riders at the start of the ride.
