早幾天前，網上見到介紹油塘熟食市場，有廉價超值的海鮮午飯套餐，於是出車去試食。

熟食市場旁邊是海魚批發巿場，對店家的海鮮採購，方便又便宜。今天雖然 12:00 到達，發現食店已經滿座，等了十分鐘才有位。最受歡迎的龍蝦餐沽清，改點了龍躉，新鮮海魚，機乎是怎樣做也會好吃，人太多了，吃完匆匆離開。

回程時，想起車友在群內討論，各處的爬坡路線。好耐沒踩過沙田坳道 － 非常陡的爬坡路線，坡度 1：5。這次仍然能從竹園村一腳到沙田坳，時間與往常接近，算是很好。離開沙田坳，往扎山道落山回家，途中騎上去慈雲山電視轉播站，之後才繼續往扎山道落山。

路線：紅磡、土瓜灣、觀塘、茶果嶺、油塘、茶果嶺、觀塘、協調道、新蒲崗、彩虹道、東頭村道、橫頭磡、天馬苑、竹園北村、沙田坳道、慈雲山轉播站、扎山道、坪石、彩虹村、彩虹道、東頭村道、九龍城、天光道、高山道、紅磡

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
