Feeling sick, but wanted some fresh air. Took off with Zo for the end of the paved section of City Creek Canyon. Riding our 700x40 Kenda Flintridge wheel set with 38x11-42 drivetrain. Totally chilling. My first gear isn’t wanting to hold in place, I’ll be working on it later. Not bad though. The canyon was gorgeous. We were surprised by how much snow was still there towards the end of the road! We ending up not being able to ride to the turn around, but walked up instead. The snow was probably 2-3 feet deep up there. I was so happy to see it. Then we flew down! This is gonna be our training route, we can easily do it even after work. On our way home we decided to go and walk around the Capitol since all the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Everyone else had the same thought, clearly. Beautiful. Great Sunday spring ride.
