頭痛薬を飲んで、7時半近くからトレッドミルで朝ラン。モードで距離を6kmにセットしてスタート。徐々にスピードを上げていく。GCTバランスは、ペースを上げていくうちに安定してきた。トレッドミルだとまっすぐ前の遠くを見ることができないのでバランスが取りにくい気がする。スピードは13km/h位まで上がったかな。30分で6kmゴール。汗が滝のように噴き出た。変な痛みとかはなく普通に6km走れたので、ひと安心。FA745で6.9km位になっていたのをセーブ時の校正で6kmにした。Garmin ConnectやTPでは合計6kmになるが、ラップタイムは校正前のままだった。ピークパフォーマンスにランクインしてしまうので、削除しなければ。Stravaは、やはり合計距離も校正前のまま。Zwiftランは使わなかったし、今後も使わないような気がする。iPhoneの小さな画面では没入感が全くなく、楽しくない。トレッドミルとZwiftが繋がるなら良いのだが、FA745の加速度センサー頼みでは誤差が大きすぎる。トレッドミルとFA745の誤差に加えてZwiftの誤差もあるし。いくらバーチャルとはいえ、こんな状態で他の人と競ったりしてもイライラするだけな気がする。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
