走り出しで8℃。突然の冷え込みでウェアの心配をしたがTPで「走り出しで8℃」で検索すればバッチリ参考になる。真面目にメモを残しておいて良かった。…というわけで半袖上下。ただ、ランニング用シャツは薄手なのでアームウォーマーを装着。あと左足首に違和感があったのでカーフカバーも。様子を見ながら6kmコースへ。足首はたまに違和感がある程度。右膝の内側が一時的に少し痛んだ。涼しくてオーバーヒートは心配無用。昨日の「ランスマ倶楽部」で刺激をもらったので下りでペースを上げてみた。キロ4分を切る位まで上がった。その後、まったりペースに感じても5分フラット位だったりして、ちょっと新鮮な感覚。徐々にスピードを出す練習もしてみよう。最後の上りでもバランスは崩れずペースも上々。GAPで見れば最後の1kmが最速だった。良いランだった。VO2MAXも52に戻った。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
