走り出しで10℃位だったので、久しぶりにトレーニングウェア5点セットの4点。手袋も不要。サロモンのソフトフラスクに、BCAAドリンクを入れて持ってみた。ポーチのベルトに挟んでおけばいいと思ったのだが、走っていると段々ずれてしまう。結局は手に持った。それでも、ソフトなので、握力弱めでも大丈夫なので良い。いつでも飲み物が飲めるというのは良い。5kmコースだが、さわやか交流館の周りは2周。敷地外でタバコを吸うヤツが群れているので、気分が悪い。家の近所を少し回って、6kmちょっとで終了。序盤、さほど頑張っている自覚もないが、分/km程度のペースになっていた。Garmin Connectの5kmの自己ベストが5:38→5:10に更新された。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
