Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Excellent weather. I was eager to get out and decided to head up the Alpine Forest. I was thinking about adding the Highline summit, but decided to head out to CV instead. The legs felt pretty good to start. I chose the right clothing. Never had to take layers off. I was paying attention to my knees while on the climbs. They behaved. I reached the end of OTR in good average time. Sufficiently warmed up. Banducci had some traffic mitigation. I was near max going over the top. The morale felt better as I made my way up Arosa. It went fast. I had stuff to think about, so the time went by quick. I was near max going over the top. At this point I was all in for CV. I made my way around the backside and then the Banducci summit. I took a few moments rest and checked the GoPro battery. After letting traffic by, I headed down the mountain and into CV. I kept the tempo moderate, no red-lining it on the flat-lands. Mostly conserving energy for the last climb. I had to make a quick nature break about half way up the climb. After getting back on the road, I made my way up the summit and pulled over to swap out the GoPro battery. I took a photo of a helicopter landing on the local lake. Looked to be a practice run for the fire season. Route 202 was partial traffic mitigation. I had no problems making the left hander to OTR. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Of course, the usual grind up Mariposa. Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. I FELT like getting out, so that helped. The music was good too. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. Gear worked perfect. The rear mech sounded like it was making some grinding noises while out of the saddle on my way up OTR. Inspection pending. Ailments were minimal. The knees behaved. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
