MALAGA-ALMOGIA-VILLANUEVA...-CASABERMEJA-COLMENAR-PUERTO DEL...

Moderate, 95K.

It's a moderate road trip. You will climb along lake El Casasol to Almogia and then you will ride to Villanueva de la Concepcion facing majestic hill El Torcal. Between Villanueva de la Concepcion and Colmenar there are several short and strong climbs between rocky hills. From Colmenar you will enjoy Natural Park Montes de Malaga with its pine-atmosphere. From pass Puerto del Leon enjoy nice downhill to Malaga center.

Leaving Malaga follow streets Marmoles / Martinez Maldonado / Av. de Carlos Haya / Lope de Vega until you come to Puerto de la Torre. You are on A-7075 leading out of the city. Then you follow Almogia through MA-423.

You will get steady climb to Almogia and then keep the road MA-424 to Villanueva de la Concepcion. There turn right for Casabermeja and before this village change for A-356 to Colmenar. Before Colmenar turn right for MA-435 and in Colmenar turn right to Natural Park Montes de Malaga following C-345 to Malaga city.
