After Sunday's ride I was so sore the next day I could barely move! I did do a 2 mile walk Monday night... it helped a little. The funny thing is I could barely bend my legs enough to get dressed much put much shoes on, my arms were not long enough but I got it done. When I finally got out to ride I was thinking this isn't going to be fun as I was still super sore. I mount the saddle and start peddling and I felt good. I was happy as can be. To be on the safe side I did a 3 mile loop nearby and I was good to go. So I was off to my Pemberton loop, it was all great until I had to put some power down or stand then it was a nightmare! I get back home dismounted the bike and started to walk and I was just as sore as I was before the ride, LOL!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
