Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went on a solo ride in the afternoon today. I cruised it to the top of the climb and all the way to the bottom. The weather was warm with northly winds. On the return trip, I felt pretty good, but I had a little soreness in the right outer part of my knee. Other than that, a little tingly in the right hand. shook that off, and was ok. Concentration was good, with only a few lapses. Balance was pretty good. I received my new shorts and I lke the way they fit better than the previous shorts. I returned the old shorts to PerformanceBike. The bike continue to creak, but I have a hunch that it's the front or rear wheel needing to be tightened. GPS is having problems with the Heart Rate Monitor. I setup an exchange, should get one in 3 to 5 days. No word o the Gopro. So, I signed up for the Spooktacular ride, no turning around now. I'm just hoping I can get all my gear ready a few days before the ride.
