Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Two things are happening. I had an MRI yesterday. My right ear is ringing and I'm HOPING that I didn't sustain damage. So far so good. The ringing has subsided by more than a half, but some of the sounds I hear sound "scratchy". Not a good sign! The other thing is the saddle on the bike. I wanted to buy a new saddle because I was getting sore on my old one. My first impressions are mostly good. It definitely feels different. For one, the new saddle doesn't offer as much "sliding" fore and aft. It fits more like a glove. I chose a ride on Zwift that covered 16-ish miles. Something I could do in under an hour. I was purposely in and out of the saddle. After warming up, I was able to put in good wattage. The saddle was very compliant. Again, not offering much fore and aft adjustment. The center cut-out feels compliant. I think have to adjust the saddle tilt a bit. So, I need time to dial it in. I have 30 days from the day of purchase to return it for a refund. The ride went as planned. The knees and body responded well. The sit bones felt fine and normal at the moment. Concentration was good all things considered. I'm more concerned about my ear than anything. Balance and form is good. I had to readjusted the saddle height. It's in the ball park, but still needs adjusting. Nutrition was good. I had two waffles with a bit of honey about 30 minutes before the ride. Gear worked well. Although, I did drop my chain once. Ailments, minimal. Other notes, there were about 2000 riders on this map, today.
I'm going to keep the saddle for the moment. If it works out, I'll return the second saddle I purchased.
My ear feels better after having done this ride.
Other notes, I may return my cycling shorts to Pearl Izumi for better ones. Pending contacting them for their warranty replacement plan.
