I wanted to do more but I've been up two days and since Monday only slept 5 hrs. I know not good... had to get some things done. I was intending to ride both the Tri-Bike and then the Road Bike but was too sleepy to. So I only rode the Tri-Bike, it was my longest ride on it and wasn't too bad... riding in the aero position is getting easier, I need to start practicing turning in the aero position which I haven't done yet. I had such a hard time just going straight so I wanted get comfortable with that before getting extreme, lol! It may be another week before I'm back on the Shiv Comp Tri-bike as I set it up with Di2 I think I got all the parts, I will do an inventory tomorrow. I swapped out the original wheelset with a 50 mm deep dish with 11 speed from the 10 speed. The 10 speed index shifter isn't very happy with it at all! Thus the speedy need to change it now.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
