Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went mountain biking today. The weather was a little cold. Only enough to wear 2 layers arms/legs. I haven't been on this ride in quite a while. It was pretty much how I remembered it. If you follow the main path out, there's a gap where there's some water that passes through there in the rainy seasons. It's jumpable, but there's an alternate path to the left. That's where I went. So, I went to the end of the trail. There's that smal passage across the creak on the north/east side. I decided to to turn around at that point. The terrain conditons were very ridable. lots of leaves, some small twiggs, but nothing impassable. I had to dismount, I think, once on the way out and on the way back. I felt good. Concentration was ok, but balance was better than I anticipated. I removed the shim on the left shoe, I think that helped alot, especially with strength/stretching that I've been doing. The bike worked great, I put the knobbies and adjusted the brakes and such. The GPS was working well, but it didn't pick up the HR. Problably have to get that RMA'd. When I put the mount for the Gopro mount, I knew it wasn't going to be stable enough. But I tried it anyways. It rotated left and right, so I had to adjust it now and again. I'm not sure if I'll get a new mount. Will have to wait and see.
