Started from W. Concord trying to catch up with another Ken ride - missed them, so took this for the arrows.
I modified the route to avoid Nagog Hill Road and went down Newtown in Acton - picture of the Church of the good Shepherd Bell Tower. Cut across later to the last hill on Nagog Hill Rd.
My legs could not push hard enough to get the heart rate up much.
After the dirt road turned onto Old Dunstable Rd. It had lots of turns and short ups and downs, so the sight lines were very tricky. At one point there was a car coming up behind me, while there was a car coming the other way. I put out my hand so the rear car would not pass - when the other car cleared, I waved the back car up. He gave a little toot of thanks on his horn. As he drove by, I noticed his license plate was "4RT-xxx". That seemed appropriate given our pleasant interchange.
Took a short out/back excursion on Pope Rd, but didn't go down Strawberry Hill Rd because Barrett's Mill Rd was dug up.
Had to cut off a tad at the end - forgot to stop the phone when I went to second lunch at DD in W. Concord.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
