Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The rain and snow has let up. It's sunny, cold, mild wind conditions. I went to Keene today. The wind was on my back as I made it to the summit of the descent in good time.
The downhill was mostly relaxing, and the wind turned 180. I put in two digs over the risers. I made it to the base, but I didn't bother checking the time. It was likely less than 30 minutes. The return trip felt good. The legs were sufficiently responsive. I was never in the red zone as I was keeping steady tempo for most of the ascent. The landmarks went quick enough. I stopped once to remove my face mask when I reached the top of the Loop Monument. From there, it was non-stop. After making it to the summit, I recouped. I shut it down after making it to the summit of Weston. Concentration was good. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Nutrition was good. Minimal hunger signs. I went through more than half my Gatorade. Gear held up great. Although the GoPro shut down when I was making my way to the top of the descent. I restarted it. I haven't checked the footage. Other notes, no cyclist today and there were some people at the Loop Monument both ways.
