It warmed up a bit. Winds from the South East. A good day to go to WS. I bought a new SD card for the GoPro Hero 9 camera. Will see how the footage shows up. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. I stopped just to restart the camera for testing purposes. From there, it was mostly non-stop till I reached WS. The wind was moderate. I kept the tempo steady on the return. After reaching WS, I pulled over to do another camera restart and then headed back, no stopping from there. The return trip was mostly relaxing. Within myself most of the time. I was getting bio signs, so I was a bit on the uncomfortable side till I got back home. Not much else to tell. Concentration was good. Some hints of gremlins on the way out, as is almost always the case. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my Gatorade, no twater. Gear worked flawless. I still have to check the video footage. Other notes, there was one other casual cyclist as I was making my way back on OTR.
Other notes, ailments were minimal. A hint of right knee soreness on the last half of the ride. Will need to inspect the cleats.
