Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's snowing out. Great day for a Zwift ride. I also have a Dr.'s appointment at 2:45. The legs felt pretty good to start, but needed some warming up. I was ready to go by the time I reached the base of the climb. I had two Holo Replays going. One for the entire loop and the other for the climb. I was mostly out of the saddle for the duration of the climb. I was keeping it around 2.8 - 3.0 W/kg. I was constantly keeping tabs on my Holo partner. I think he beat me by a 10 to 20 seconds or so. Either way, I posted a 30 minute and change time. Placing in the top third. I headed up the bonus climb after that. Besting my Holo partner. I was keeping track of time, so I was a bit urgent. I was doing the numbers in my mind. I put in a modest dig through the sprint zone. After reaching the finish (ahead of my Holo partner), I shut it down and let the HR goo back to 112 BPM and then hopped off. Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start, but otherwise in the zone. Nutrition was good. I drank all of my Gatorade and some water. Ailments were minimal. I had some left hand numbness. I was having to grip the hoods a bit different. like mountain bike extension style. Otherwise, shaking them off while in the saddle helped too. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, there were over 7000 riders when I hopped on this map.
