Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining out. Another day for a Zwift ride. I decided to ride with three Robo Pacer Groups. The first one was with a 1.1W/kg. This was my warmup group. I rode for 10 minutes with them. Then I hopped into a 2.2 W/kg group. This was in the Maruki Island map. Very neat scenery near the ocean and into ice caves. I was getting warmer at this point. I was alternating in and out of the saddle to keep up. Lastly, I rode with a Robo Pacer Group in Watopia. It was the 2.6 W/kg group. I was out of the saddle a bit more than the previous group. It was definitely more difficult, but well within my limits. I was drifting from the back to the front and back. Somewhat of a washing machine ride. The body felt good. I was sweating, so the body was fully warmed up. There were less than 100 riders in this group. It went through the volcano and around the coast. Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start, but I hopped into the zone by the second ride. Gear held up ok. But, the HR monitor signal gave out once in a while. Not sure why, may need a longer extension cable. Ailments, the hands were sore on occasion. Nutrition was good. I went through my Gatorade bottle. No water. Balance and form felt good. Other notes, there were about 7000 riders in the Watopia map. Didn't bother to check the Marukia Island rider count.
