Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went for a wamup ride today. Mostly to dial in my posittion. I changed the angle of the handlebars last night and I think I like the way it's positioned. So, I'll keep it like that for now. Next on the list is my jersey. I'm still not convinced that I should go with the XL. The Large are due to arrive on Tue. The problem with the XL is around the mid-section. It's a little loose there and slightly too lengthy. The Gopro working great, shifting is fantastic now, I have that dialed in and I hope it will stay that way. Will have to see how it behaves over the next few weeks. The GPS worked well, but the HR monitor was off for the first 5 minutes of the ride. No doubt, it had to make better contact from my prespiration. Other than that, it was a routine ride, concentration and balance is good. I've ridden the past 4 days consecutive. I want to get in some good strength training sessions before I start to atrophy.
