Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cleared up and I was able to get out for a ride today. I got my new water bottle cages. They fit good, but I will still need the adapter that Peggy bought for me. Will have to see how that works. It's a little different than the other cages, in that you have to insert the bottle from a more direct angle. This means the bottle cage that's on the Seat Tube hits the top tube when you pull the bottle out. I'm hoping that the adapter will give it more room so that it's easier to remove. Today was the first time I did the ol SS ride for many weeks now. I felt good. Concentration was really good, as was balance. The wind was prevailing from the south and that's why I decided to do the SS loop. Everything worked perfectly except the GPS which cut out a minute or two of the climb on the top of SS. I was real upset because I put a big dig in that part of the ride. All-in-all, I think I lost about half a mile of data. Other than that, it was all good. The new shifting is dialed in and worked perfectly. No I have to continue to relearn how to shift with this setup. Ailments, my lower back was sore for part of the return trip. I was able to stretch it out and that was just enough to make it tolerable. And, of course, shifting my saddle position and such.
