Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I slept in a bit today. I was a bit reluctant to get on the bike. The weather is cold and cloudy. I had to choose something. So, I chose to ride on Zwift. I chose the Innsbruck 2018 Worlds road route. I calculated that the ride would take about 1 hour to complete. (I was correct). The legs were so so to start. Since I was doing just one lap, I did not factor in a negative split pace. As my body warmed up, I was able to increase the tempo. I had my Halo Replay going at the same time. The tempo was mostly steady. Not deviating from 3 W/kg much. Depending on in or out of the saddle efforts. The miles went relatively quick. I was a bit impatient to start. I reached the summit about a minute behind my Halo Replay, plus or minus. Not too bad. From there, it was mostly downhill into town. When I made it there, I kept the tempo going till I reached the finish. I shut it down and commenced the cooldown. Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start. Balance and form was good. Gear worked good. I tilted the saddle up since the last ride. I think I found the "ah ha!" position. Will need to mark it off with a pen. The HR sensor dropped as it usually does. There's USB extension cords that I can buy. Will look into that. It has to be about 10 ft in length. Ailments were minimal. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of m Gatorade and some water. Other notes, I think there were a few hundred riders when I hopped on. Will need to check the footage!
