Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. The spring coolness has arrived. I'm wearing less layers now. I brought my headcap out of wisdom from the past. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good average time. I cruised the downhill. I don't recall the time at the base. When I got there, I removed my headcap and headed back up the mountain. The wind was on my back, so I was able to find the zone without laboring too much. The landmarks went quick. I had stuff to think about and that helped. I kept the tempo steady. In and out of the saddle. I pulled over once nearing the summit to take video footage of the local animals in the rescue farm. After making it to the summit, I recovered a bit and made my way back home. I shut it down when I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. Definitely helped. There were minimal gremlins. Ailments were minimal. Balance and form felt good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my Gatorade, no water. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, no other cyclists today. There were a few people at the loop monument when I was descending.
Other notes, I'm in the process of doing research for the next bike I'd like to purchase. The claim I submitted for the Trek Madone was declined, but I was offered 20% discount. More on this later.
