V20c loop and airport

A rest day from DF bike. legs were tired and I did not have supper or breakfast this morning before cycling. awesome to be out before the sunrise. not much traffic, so recumbent was Ok to ride. still having challenge with headrest and my new red helmet. the helmet is too big to tighten, plus how it sits on headrest. if my head is on headrest then my head is tilted too high. if get helmet part on headrest the tilt is better, but helmet slides too far off front of head.

need to get John's headrest device or order one from cruzbike that can tilt my head forward.

oh, Fellow WVC Bob the music playing cyclist passed me heading north on Sarival. I could not keep up with him! ugh. maybe clips will help?

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
