Tour Dem Parks cancelled again (and we fear for its future) so we again held a TourDemOG event, on Saturday instead of Sunday but still on the correct weekend. Route was a combination of a coupla previous years routes and some editing to keep the distance manageable. Very easy to get over 40 and we ain't there yet. All four OGs attended; we weren't particularly fast. Nice, warm day, but not hot; sunny, no smoke, no rain. Had some GPS unit fail -- nobody successfully got the planned route loaded on their Garmins and so we stopped regularly to consult the route on the phone. SMH. The last climb back to Druid Hill Park had the legs saying they were juuuuust about done. Contact points held up, surprisingly, though all were happy to get off the bike and move around. All in all, a good ride, good to be back in Baltimore.
