Continuing to work on stamina and road fitness so took the bike to work and rode from the office. Trip through JBAB was uneventful and the bike lanes/paths around the ballpark and the new bridge are quite a bit better than they were the last time I went this way ... Three years ago (!!). Pretty strong ENE wind, with any direction pointing even slightly east getting a pretty good headwind. The Wilson bridge south of town was likely the slowest ever of all the times ridden ... not even gonna go look. It was mile 25, direct headwind, plus pretty good hill... The casino hill was ... ok. Certainly didn't climb it fast and got passed by some other dude (that's happening more and more ...) about halfway up. After a wet ugly morning, the afternoon was as predicted -- mid 70s, sunny, and yeah, windy. Still got a long way to go ...
