I wasn't feeling too good all day, headache and body aches... I debated big time whether I should ride or not and decide to go out to do an easy short ride. I felt better while I was riding so I went a little longer but kept the ride in Zone 1 Power. When I got about half ways into the ride I had to take a major pit stop so I went to my old High School to use the porta potty out by the track. If I had to go another 10 yards I would not have made it, LOL! Off I go and get 1.5 miles down the road and I get a rear tire flat. A small piece of wire had pierced my tire. it took me about 5 minutes to pull it out, then I checked for anything else struck in the tire, before removing tire from wheel. As I was removing tire I realized I replaced the 80mm valve stem tire and only had 60mm in my fanny pack that I carry with all my spares, tools and other items. Then I realized I did have a saddle bag which should have tubes in it... yes I did, so I was good to go. Put in new tube and off I go. I get home removed all the normal things from the bike and inside I go. What an adventure ride it was, never a boring ride! Be safe out there and enjoy your ride...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
