I'm still not feeling well but much better after taking some meds. Tonight's ride I made sure to take it easy and I started out a little harder than I should have... I shut it down and got disciplined about the ride. I made a few firsts: 1) had the lowest HR on a ride ever below 90, I didn't think that would ever be possible. I walk across the room it is above 90; 2) I did majority of the ride with my HR below 100 another first, I can't ever remember starting a ride with it below 100 much less average 100 and 3) if memory serves me right 116 was my lowest average for a recovery ride ever! This ride was a grand adventure and it took a lot of discipline to keep my effort as low as I did and not go off script! It would have been easy for me to pick up the pace with drizzling rain to just damp air when it stopped. Be safe out there and enjoy your ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
