I was pretty stiff on the ride and felt I was laboring way to hard for the effort, just wasn't comfortable. About 1/4 way into the ride I notice it was a little windy which may have added to the way I was feeling. I kept going and added a little more power into the ride and started to dip into zone 3 which I wanted to avoid. I saw a few bike riders one seem to be a long distance rider carrying a large handlebar bag and large rear rack bag, he was pulled way off the road reading a map. I waved as I passed, not sure he noticed me as I passed. I was about 5 miles into the ride. I saw him again on my return trip at about 21 miles in. I waved again and he returned waved, he was on aero bars trucking to whereever he was going. today the cars were out in abundance and were not so curtious, I was starting to get spoiled, LOL! Today's adventure was a little tough but I managed, by the way I was in such a hurry I for got to put on the HR monitor, I was already on the main road so I kept going. I still have a few things to do before I leave ti Augusta in the morning, and I want to get in a short ride before I head out. Be safe out there and enjoy your ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
