It was about time I was able to get back on the saddle, I was dealing with an upper respiratory infection first it was bacterial then it was viral it just didn't want to go away, if that wasn't enough I am now also dealing with lower back and neck issues that are more than the usual. It will also get better in time. I was a great feeling to be back on the bike. I hope I won't have anymore setbacks, I need to get back into serious training mode! The temps dropped quick from the time I went out to get the bike ready it dropped 10 degrees. Luckily, I used my brains and put on a much heavier jacket because it dropped another 10 degrees during the ride. Oh the first 1/2 mile of the ride the GPS never connected so the ride is is 1/2 mile short and the ride speed is off because the timer was running.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
