Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I got out a little late today. The weather was absolutely perfect! I had real good legs today, right from the start. I was able to bring the pace into good tempo very early in the ride. My mind was in the zone for the most part and my body followed. I had a few lapses in concentration, but I was able to bring my focus back just as quick. I had no serious ailments today. No calf or numbing in the hands. I did, however, experience some soreness in my hips, in particular the right. The whole ride was done in strong tempo. I knew I was doing good tempo them moment I reached the top of Banducci. I reached the top of SS in under 55 minutes. And out of SS in about 1:03 hrs. I got to Boss Hogs in about 1:16ish. From that point on, just laid the hammer down, especially on the last climb. I did a good dig over the top of the last ascent, recovered, and continued the strong tempo. I stretched about 4 or 5 times. Both Legs an Back. That helped to freshen them up after hard efforts. I believe this to be one of my faster rides this year. Gear...Working flawless, no complaints. No dropped chain. But I want to diagnose it with my PC interface just to make sure. Other notes, I saw a red tail hawk, and the mini-farm had few animals, I saw only a few chickens.
