I have been feeling down in the dump since my last ride and with the bad weather I kept putting off going out to ride. After I set up the Tri-bike with the lights, computers and adjusted the aero bar angle, I realized the Di2 battery was dead but it was in a gear i could do the ride in so that's what I did. I wasn't going too push the ride and when I felt how strong the wind was and how it was pushing me around I was just happy to be out riding! I thought about just doing a real short ride but with a tailwind going out, I figured it couldn't be that bad especially since I was in a deep aero position. It was a little tough with the headwind but manageable and actually enjoyable. All that being said I was happy the ride was over for 2 reasons, I could feel I started to feel off again and it felt like rain was coming and it did start to rain just after I finished the ride and was getting ready to bring the bike in, to charge the Di2 battery. Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
