Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather continues to be warm, but still comfortable. I wore the standard kit + arm coolers. I wore my new Jersey that I got as a warranty replacement. It feels true to fit, looks nice, and was comfortable on today's ride. My legs were heavy from the start. I'm not sure what it was, perhaps the heat and strength training I've been doing. The heaviness lingered, but wasn't too much of a hindrance. I felt better as the ride progressed. I did good time today. The wind was also in my favor. My concentration was very good. No gremlins, few lapses. I was in the zone for the greater part of the ride. Ailments were minimal, mostly exhaustion from the effort I was putting in. The tip of my feet were sore towards the last part of the ride. Like they were getting squashed. This was the case with my Shimano shoes as well, so I guess I need to tinker around with the adjustments. Balance and form felt good, still dialing in the right side lean. Gear is working well. I forgot to charge the Gopro, so no video footage today. Other notes, I passed a cyclist as I was making my way up OTR.
