Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had Lab today, so I got out a little later than usual. The weather was warm, about the same as the last ride. Winds from the North. Yesterday I did my usual strength training, including squats. My legs were sore from the squats, but not intolerable (sp?). It didn't seem to affect me in the first half of the ride. I did modest tempo to Banducci and then upped the tempo a bit. Did a bit of a kicker over the Banducci wall and held good tempo to the Summit. I brought the tempo down just a bit, while making my way through the farm lands and into SS. I kept good tempo going over the top of SS and kept it up to the exit. I made the exit in around 1:05 + or -. On the return trip I kept the tempo moderate. Made it to Boss Hoggs in about 1:20ish. My legs were getting a little heavy at this point and I was stretching every 15 minutes or so. My right hand was numb on a few occasions. Changing the hand position and the usual shake, helped. My concentration was good. My Leg balance was also, surprisingly, good. I'm going to continue with the squats in my strength training routine. Gear had no problems. The new bottle seems to work well, keeping my water cool for just about the entire ride.
