Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's ride was pretty much aobut the weather. It kicked up to the 90's today. Fortunately, it was mostly overcast, so most of the ride was in the cover of direct sunlight. I had sore inner thighs, as I have not recovered fully from my lower body strength training. It didn't seem to bother me much. But, I did feel some rubbing in the left inner thigh against the saddle. I may need to adjust it. Will look into that later. I cruised it all the way to the bottom of the climb. I did modest tempo on the way back and did a kicker over the Loop Monument. The rest of the ride was heat exhaustion control. Otherwise, my body responded well, all things considered. My right hand was numb at times. It never escalated. As soon as I felt it increasing, the ol' shake of the hand kept it in check. My concentration was good today, Balance was a little off. But I want to see if doing squats will help. I plan on adding that to my strength training days. Gear is working great. I forgot to reset the SD Card. The video cut short as I was on the return Ascent. To no fault of the camera but my own.
