I got out late today. Company is here, so time is limited now. The weather was great, perfectly comfortable. Winds from the North, so I cruised it all the way out to SS. I felt comfortable the entire ride, I didn't do any major digs. Mostly, steady tempo. The soreness in my legs are gone since the last squats I did a few days back. My back behaved perfectly, my hands, I can't remember perfectly, but it was never a real issue. The only ailment that I experienced was my right calf, at the quarter of the ride, about to turn onto route 202. I slowed it down a bit to let it recover and the cramp went away for the remainder of the ride. My concentratrion as good, especially since I was in cruise control. Usually, my mind wanders while holding this type of pace, not the case today. I worked a bit on my balance today, alternating legs as I felt some change in the balance. It's coming about nicely. Gear, is working perfectly. I just have to remember to reset the SD Card on the Gopro. Fortunately, I noticed it today before departing on the ride. Other notes, the donkey remains at the little field. I saw some wood-peckers. And the mini-farm had some goats, amongst chickens and lots of ducks.
