Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got out somewhat later than usual. I'm preparing my rides for when company gets here later this week. I plan on riding with Peggy and perhaps extending my rides while she heads back. The weather was warm, but not as much as I anticipated. The wind was favorable and on the cool side. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel on the ascent. Turns out that my body responded well. The miles went fast. Concentration was very good. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Some lower back soreness. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. I serviced the head tube yesterday, I spent all day putting things back together and had to stop by the local bike shop for an opinion. One of the sealed bearings feel a bit rough, nothing significant. But enough to warrant a replacement. I'm going to do some research and determine what exactly is it that I need. I also noticed some carbon fiber material in the head tube didn't appear to be perfectly bonded together. Not sure what to make of it. I don't see any cracks on the inside or out. But probably prudent to get an opinion or call Trek for advise. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
