Ohrid, North Macedonia to Korçë, Albania. 74km, 794m

Today, Katie left at 6.30am in a taxi to catch her flight from Ohrid to Stansted. Sarah was to catch a bus to Bitola later in the morning. Andrew & I set off at 7am along the eastern shore of Lake Ohrid, crossing the border into Albania - and down to Korçë.

Korçë a mix of Soviet-bloc type crappily-built apartment/office blocks, mostly modern shops and a few tumble down town-houses from the 1920s & 30s. Everything closed from 2pm to 5pm. At 5 we went the the Museum of Oriental Art - which seems to have shut, and then to the Museum of Medieval Art. Lots of icons from 14th to 19thC - but nearly all over-restored.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
