Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

While taking my usual morning nap, I didn't feel like getting out today. I then got up, and things turned around. I was ready to go down to Keene. The cool thing, being that the ride was going to be brief. I felt good from the start. I made it to the summit in good time. Winds from the North West. I cruised the downhill. Legs feeling a bit squishy. After making it to the summit, I turned around and commenced the climb. My legs felt good. No signs of knee soreness or calf soreness, either. The climb went fast, as I had hoped. Ticking away the landmarks. Concentration felt good. Balance and form felt good. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Gear is working great. Other notes... I got a flat tire, just as I was making my way back home. Fortunately, it was a slow leak, so I made it back without having to repair the flat on the road.
