NVP Thursday night ride no pizza

Rode to the start, only 6 miles, took it easy, going about 14 mph, because my right knee is hurting a little, not sure why. Also, my right calf started hurting from a short walk to West Acton today. But, I was able to get going fairly strongly with the ride, which started with a big group of about 15 people, that split into two groups, and there was a flat too. In the end, I rode with about 8 people most of the way, but had to catch up sometimes because I stopped at stop signs and the others did not. Did a little leading at the beginning, and felt strong at the end, passing some people, so I was in the right group. We had a strong informal pace line, going probably 17 mph mostly.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
