Hubsters Muffins on Main Street ride with Julie

Great ride with the Hubsters A group on a humid August morning. Stopped at Muffins on Main for a James blueberry sconce, which was very good. Talked to Andreas about Germany in the Olympics, Cheryl who works for ERG as a consultant to EPA HQ and Chris Rascher, and Julie of course. Hamstring and legs felt ok, probably because I haven't taken many statins in the last few days, and it was a little cooler than yesterday, also my lower back was pretty sore though. Tried to pick up the pace a little, leading on Monument Street and elsewhere, but people were riding at an easy pace. Did well on the big hill in Westford, passing Andrew at the top, finishing third, not that it counts.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
