Well, I didn't quite make it to the start, I waited for the group at the interesection with Route 111 and Codman Hill Road. A quick group went by me, and I couldn't keep up, but fortunately another guy named Doug was slower, and we rode, mostly silently, and in an informal pace line, alternating leading, until he peeled off at Boxboro and Taylor Road in Boxboro. He says he lives near the airport. I continued by myself on the route, but made a wrong turn on Codman Road, thinking that is where the route was, but little did I know that I had a hill in store, the Stow Road Hill, which I slowly powered up, by then I had bonked. I even bonked at Taylor Road. I think the fast pace with Doug was a little much, but I wanted to check out the craft food halls, which I did, and I bought a bbq chicken taco, ate it outside and then motored home on Route 111, as it was getting dark. My psoas hurt a little working with Doug, but settled down. Also, my seat felt funny, having ridden my diverge the day before to Pedal Power.
