Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Another Knee rehab ride today. Today's weather was great. Perfect for knees and arms. I probably could have gone without knees, but I wanted to give my knee a bit more support. I felt better this time than the previous ride. This is very encouraging, as it means my knee is slowly healing. The ride, just as the others was very low tempo, pretty much soft pedaling the whole ride. I had no discomforts other than nursing my right knee. Concentration is good. I ended up going a bit further than last time. Headed east on Highline for about a mile or so. I turned around about half way up the climb. I wanted to play it safe. The rest was a breeze, mostly downhill and rollers. Gear is working great, no problems. My plan is to do this ride until I can make it to Willow Springs. This ride is perfect for rehabbing the knee.
