Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a bit warmer than the previous ride, but still chilly. I think it was around 40ish when I got out. I wore full gear, 2 base layers. My legs felt fresh from the start. I had a time restriction, ie dr. appt at 3pm. I had to do the ride in about 1:15 hrs to make the meeting. Suffice it to say, I made it in time. The ride went well. I think I over-dressed, just a bit. But I was nice and toasty, so I'm not complaining. When I got to the bottom of Keene, I ended up removing my shoe covers. I did moderate to good tempo, and again, my legs felt fresh. I kept the tempo nice and steady, no digs what so ever. My concentration was right on, just getting on with the job. Balance felt good as well. Gear is working well, although I think I should have inflated the tires just a bit. They felt a bit soft. Otherwise, all electronics and bike are working perfectly. Other notes, they stopped the train towards the bottom of the climb, looked like they had some service carts parked next to the main tracks. There was a train stopped as well. Looked to be packed with cargo.
