I did two workouts: the first was a 1 hour ride an 8 minute FTP test, it was really hard. I must be out of shape or at least I feel like I am. These rides have been tougher than I am ready for. http://www.trainerroad.com/cycling/rides/754780-8-Minute-Test
The second part was a speed and strength ride. I set the resistance to 50% thinking it would be easy and it kicked my but big time. It was designed in a way that I just had to hang on and gut it out the all out push were shorter and short enough to hang on. If they were longer I don't think I would have survived. After the hard section on my cool down I started to cramp and I was drinking and taking in fuel too.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
