Get Used To Cooler Weather

It certainly beat riding TBTDM (Peloton) but warm outside it was not. After the weekend's glorius days in the high 70s, welcome to the low 50s with a blustery cold N breeze. Figured it was time to remember how to ride in layers again.

Chilly at first, but duh, warmed up soon, though "warm" is relative. Got sweaty and bare legs, etc, weren't cold, but didn't dare stop for long because re-starting in these temps can be really cold. Fortunately most of the downhills were suuuuuper fast, so that was also good.

'Course, in February we'll get some days in the 50s and think it's glorious.

Body felt great; legs had plenty of zip; contact points weren't on the bike long enough to complain.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
