Intended an easy 20 miles of just-because biking with no training goal. I forgot about all the construction and repair out at the lake, though, so I wound up doing another hill-climb session that included a PR up out of River Pond. I did a credible job up past the Little Grill, only to discover that the spillway bridge is being resurfaced and was impassable. Back down to the Grill, then, and a nice easy pass around the campgrounds, only to rudely discover that the outlet tubes are closed for work, too. Went for broke up the steep hill to the top of the dam so I could finish with the planned climb up Seth Child. It was warm again, about 89 °F with a heat index of 93 °F. Winds were southerly and light at about 8 mph. Wore the same vineyard jersey and PI shorts as yesterday to keep the laundry down.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
