這個活動是深圳車友毛牛山召集,我原本不是參加毛隊長這個活動的,是參加另一位深圳車友去鳳凰山越野。後來因為有香港車友力勸不要去了,因為深圳地鐵絕不容易攜帶單車乘搭。
毛隊長這路線也是極有挑戰性,加上已經多年未踩過三洲田,在聯絡毛隊後,得到接納加入。香港車友黎詩人也感興趣,我們兩人同往。
全部車友共十人,踩東湖水庫綠道過去大望,途中有車友入彎太快而派牌,幸無礙,沒有受傷。這程共兩位車友爆呔。
之後往抽水蓄能工地的途中,行程也有兩個爆呔。毛隊長欲帶我們從工地正式入口進入,但是被保安欄阻,我們要繞道進入。進入之後,是路況極好的爬坡路。據毛隊介紹,到頂穿過隧道後,這路可以下去東部華僑城或鹽田。但係我們今天的目的是三洲田週邊的水庫,所以我們是走了一段越野路下去華僑城外圍貼近水庫管理車路的位置,再到三洲田水庫。這段越野路有一般車路的闊度,路面都是碎石,只要小心選擇走線與控制速度,必能順利完成。另外補充一點,黎詩人知道車路能下去華僑城,這挑起了他愛探索新路線的心,離隊探路去了。
三洲田水庫後,穿越東部華橋城茶溪谷,落長坡往海濱方向下去,途中轉入鹽田綠道,落鹽田午飯。飯後,再加入了兩男一女三位車友。
下午的路線是我好多年前踩過的路線,是從北山道那兒踩上去,應該算是上去三洲田的傳統路線。我們去了駱馬嶺水庫和三洲塘水庫,但是兩個水庫都有加固除險工程,水都抽乾了。
在往三洲塘水庫時,見到有『軍事禁區』的大閘,可是大閘長開,沒有崗亭,也無軍人站崗,車友菜鳥說道他不久前曾踩進去,什麼軍事設施、軍人也沒見過。因為下去水庫後要原路爬坡踩回來,只有幾位車友下去。
另外,我們沒有去紅花瀝水庫,因為現在保安管理嚴密,不能通過;我記得以前是踩上去後,另一邊是落去東部華僑城的工地。毛隊曾經想帶領我們從主壩底扛車上去,但係見到保安員站在壩頂看著我們,相信沒可能通過,決定放棄。
在落山回北山道前,毛隊徵詢隊員意見,最後投票是想走譚仙廟、大望石板路的車友較多。原路落到轉折路口時,發現好多大型車與垃圾車通行,為免危險與吸臭氣,毛隊決定繼續下去鹽田檢查站,從那是過去大望石板路。
我騎過石板路數次,都是從大望過來,這是第一次從鹽田踩上去。現在這段的綠道修的非常好,很好騎。
上到驛站小休時,我提到從論壇中知道,頗多深圳車友說,爬坡上譚仙廟是極有挑戰性。毛隊說原來離驛站不遠。這可挑起我的心癮,但是沒有車友想去,那只好留待將來有機會才試。後來毛隊說,離此不遠,沒有分叉路,他們能等我回來,實在太好了。我剛起步後,車友大何怕我一人前往不太好,他要與我同騎,非常感謝他的好意。我個人評價是這段路爬坡不算難;他們補充說,圓山那邊才富於挑戰性。
在部份車友完成石板路後,毛隊覺得時光近晚,有需要的車友可以先行返歸。車友星晨帶我踩回羅湖口岸;他踩一輛 AM 避震車,我用硬架 1.4 光頭呔,但係我都追趕的好辛苦,他多次慢下來等我,感激。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
