Shut Up Legs

Factors aligned where it made sense to ride todayinstead of skipping a day, even after that longish pavement ride yesterday. The legs were ... displeased. It wasn't a full revolt, but they were complaining loudly about being tired, waa waa waa.

Fine then, we won't go fast.

But my goodness, temps almost to 70 in mid-November, with a bunch of cold days forecast starting Thursday, so you betcha we're on the bike. And thought about taking the bike to NC on the regular 'rents visit this week but the timing was ... complicated. So will probably be on TBTDM upon the return.

Anyway, well worth it today, grumpy legs or not. They can rest the next three days.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
