Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to take a breather. I got up, had breakfast, took a nap and got up to go for my morning bike ride. I chose the Buffalo Run because it lasts an hour and that's all the time I have to spare. Also, a bit of recovery from the weekend's ride. I wore arms, knees, thick base layer, some newspaper in the jersey and a head cap. I was sufficiently warm. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The wind was from the North East, so I was going into a headwind on the way up Highline. After making it to the summit of Highline, I did the loop around the Buffalo neighborhood and then made my way back on Highline. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good, but a bit impatient to start. I have a lot to do today, so it was on the top of my mind. Otherwise, minimal lapses and no gremlins worth mentioning. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I fed half a banana, some grapes and a plantain slice before the ride. That held me over. Gear worked, but I was having problems pairing the GPS to my HR and power sensors. It eventually worked when I reached the summit of OTR. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today as I was returning on Mariposa.
